Nina - Birth Doula

  • Meet Dayle, a proud mother of two daughters. As a full spectrum Indigenous doula and childbirth educator, she is passionately committed to reviving the traditions and ceremonies that surround pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenthood, and family. Her journey began with the birth of her daughter, a profound experience that sparked her desire to reconnect with the inherent and ancestral ways of knowing as an Anishinaabe person. Realizing the need for more comprehensive support and education within her community, she felt called to be a voice and a safe space, dedicated to restoring the sacredness and heart-work of birth work.

Dayle is devoted to building and deepening connections within the community, rekindling traditional practices and ceremonies around birth, and advocating for all Indigenous peoples, including the 2Spirit community. Supporting these communities is not just her mission but a beautiful and vital part of her work. Through her efforts, she strives to revive the sacred connections and support systems that are essential during the perinatal period, ensuring that every family feels seen, heard, and supported. Join her on this journey of connection, tradition, and empowerment as she brings back the sacredness of birth work within our communities.
